How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 7–14 business days. You’ll get a tracking link as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it every step of the way.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we only ship within the U.S. We're working on expanding our reach, so stay tuned — we hope to serve more of you around the world soon.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations aren’t always possible. If you need to make an adjustment, email us ASAP here — if the order hasn’t been fulfilled yet, we’ll do our best to help.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with your tracking link. You can also track it anytime using the Track My Order on your account page.
Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
We accept returns on items that arrive damaged or incorrect. If there’s an issue with your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
Do you offer exchanges?
At the moment, we don’t offer direct exchanges. If you received the wrong item or something defective, we’ll replace it — just reach out with your order number and a photo.
